CamgirlPortraits respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and contributors to do the same. In line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.
If you believe that content on CamgirlPortraits.com uses your copyrighted work in a way that constitutes infringement, you can send us a written DMCA notice. Please include the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, a representative list is fine.
- The exact URL or a clear description of the material on our site you want removed, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

What happens next
Once we receive a complete notice, we review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material. We may also notify the user who posted the content. Incomplete notices may delay our response or be rejected.
Counter-notices
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. A valid counter-notice must include your signature, your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.
A note on false claims
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages. Please make sure your claim is accurate before sending it.
Repeat infringers
Accounts or contributors that receive repeated valid DMCA complaints may have their access to CamgirlPortraits terminated.
